TRANSIT TIMES

DOMESTIC Australian orders we use AUSTRALIA POST with the below estimate transit times:

·        Australia Post Express: 1-3 Business days

·        Australia Post Standard: 3-7 Business days

INTERNATIONAL Worldwide orders we use DHL EXPRESS with the below estimate transit times:

·        DHL Express service: 3-5 Business days depending on country/location. 

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

·        Please allow 48-72 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number and confirmation of order dispatch.

·        HUNTRESS  are not liable for incorrect shipping information processed at the check-out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct and your order has been dispatched, HUNTRESS are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

·        HUNTRESS is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.

·        HUNTRESS is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been granted authority to be left unattended by the recipient. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if a signature release is authorised.

·        If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping. 

·        In the event where an International parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

·        HUNTRESS does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.

 CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

·        International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

·        To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".

·        We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. TRANSIT TIMES

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
                 

HUNTRESS DESIGN products are non-refundable, so it's very important you follow our size guide or email us on info@huntressthelabel.com.au with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have selected the correct size.

If you find your selected items are still not the correct size, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your purchase (minus the original shipping charges). In this case, the customer must absorb the shipping costs of both the returning and new garments. Please contact info@huntressthelabel.com.au to arrange an exchange of size.


In order for a product to be exchanged the following terms apply:

– Unworn product must have been delivered within the last 7 days

– Unworn product must have the original swing tag, hygiene sticker and all packaging attached

– The product must be unused, in its original condition including that of touch and smell

– You must be able to provide documentation of the purchase

Any cases that do not comply with these terms, will not be accepted and refused of an exchange.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@huntressthelabel.com.au  as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. In this case, please include your name, order number and what item(s) you are returning in the email. HUNTRESS DESIGN will absorb the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty.

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery and email us with the tracking information to ensure your item is successfully received. 

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable.
